I recently discovered rigs. They are expensive for us new players (though you can make them yourself from old salvaged parts) however they are worth it, rigs like the Small Capacitor Control Circuit I can make a huge difference.

What the topic says, my tormentor frigate comes out of warp gates cloaked. its a generic Tormentor with no cloaking device. Is this normal and I am misunderstanding something about warp gates or is something odd going on ?
